Job Overview

Work Environment
- Location: British Columbia, Canada, at the physical farm site (working remotely is not an option)
- Work primarily conducted outdoors
- Free parking available on site

Experience & Training
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
Key Responsibilities
- Harvest seedlings and mature crops
- Plant, nurture, and irrigate various crops
- Perform weeding tasks to maintain crop health
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- Inspect produce to ensure quality and market readiness
