  • 1-2 years experience (or equivalent) in a heavy civil construction or engineering environment, including internships or entry-level roles.
  • Basic understanding of construction project delivery.
  • Familiarity with construction site safety and environmental best practices.
  • Detail-oriented, diligent, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or in teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Additional Information

This is a permanent full-time position offering a competitive salary range between 75,000 and 90,000 CAD annually, dependent on experience and qualifications (base salary only). Benefits include immediate access to extended health, dental, vision, prescription coverage, and flexible healthcare spending accounts, with no waiting period.
