Field Associate - Telecom New Build Acquisition

Role Overview

The position of Field Associate for Telecom New Build Acquisition involves actively identifying and securing potential sites for telecom infrastructure development. The role is contractual, under the payroll of Quess Corp, and requires extensive field interaction across various stakeholders.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Engage with gated community and society stakeholders to identify suitable sites.
• Visit municipal offices to meet councilors and chairpersons for site identification and manage site resolution.
• Conduct negotiations and counseling sessions with landowners to secure site agreements.
• Coordinate with police stations alongside OSD officials to resolve site-related issues.
• Take a proactive approach toward identifying installation opportunities in high-rise buildings, hospitals, and government properties for Indus Towers' telecom infrastructure.
• Ensure all documentation compliance is in place to facilitate timely release of initial rent payments.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in field sales is mandatory.
• Any graduate degree is acceptable for application.

Compensation and Benefits

• The annual salary starts at INR 325,000, subject to negotiation based on current salary and paid via the outsourced partner payroll.
• Additional benefits include travel allowances, mobile allowances, and performance-based incentives.
