Job description
Role Overview
The Field Quality Manager is charged with overseeing quality assurance throughout the construction site for the entire duration of the project. This includes ensuring the quality of materials delivered to the site, the quality of execution during construction, and conducting pre-commissioning inspections.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform regular construction quality audits to maintain adherence to specifications.
- Identify and report instances of non-compliance promptly, ensuring timely resolution with necessary support.
- Drive continuous process improvements in construction activities to minimize rework and reduce rejection rates.
- Maintain and uphold quality standards by conducting comprehensive inspections, audits, and coordinating with third-party inspectors across projects.
