Role Overview
In this position, you will report to the Head of Finance and partner closely with a finance team of seven. As a senior member of the group, you will take ownership of core reporting, compliance, forecasting, and improvement work across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce timely and accurate monthly financial reporting and manage the close process across several entities.
- Build and maintain weekly cash flow forecasts.
- Assist the Group Accountant with preparation of statutory accounts.
- Oversee tax compliance matters, including GST, PAYE, FBT, NRWT, and provisional tax.
- Contribute to process enhancement initiatives.
- Develop budgets and forecasts.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will hold CA or CPA qualifications and bring solid experience in a similar finance leadership role. You should have worked with offshore parent companies, multi-entity structures, and multiple currencies. Strong attention to detail, advanced Excel capability, and excellent time management are essential. The business is seeking someone who can quickly settle in and perform effectively with minimal ramp-up time.
