Key Responsibilities
- Execute various floor maintenance tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, buffing, stripping, and waxing according to supervisor scheduling.
- Clean and properly store equipment after each shift.
- Communicate any repair needs promptly.
- Carry out waste disposal protocols as directed by the supervisor.
- Assist in the upkeep and appropriate use of housekeeping tools and equipment.
- Enhance the organization's reputation by demonstrating servant leadership and maintaining open communication.
- Participate in committees, workgroups, project management, and collaborative initiatives within the system.
- Undertake other duties as necessary to contribute to the system's success.

- Effectively communicate with colleagues, patients, families, and visitors with a warm, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
- Respond professionally and compassionately to concerns and answer inquiries when appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Supervisory Role
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Language and Communication Skills
- Ability to read and understand safety rules, operating manuals, and procedure documentation.
- Capable of composing routine reports and correspondence.
- Effective verbal communication when addressing groups within the organization.
Mathematical and Reasoning Skills
- Competent in addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Common sense application for instructions delivered in written, oral, or diagram formats.
- Capability to solve problems involving multiple concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Proficiency
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word applications is required.
Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to sit, talk, and hear.
- Frequent walking; occasional standing.
- Use of hands for finger, handle, or feel and reaching with arms.
- Specific vision abilities including close, distance, and focus adjustment.
