Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for executing work instructions from the Team Lead, warehouse supervisor, or higher management faithfully and in accordance with company policies and procedures. Maintaining the highest safety standards, particularly when operating a forklift, is essential. You will be tasked with picking and packing orders accurately and neatly, always representing the company's best interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute all assigned duties in line with company policies and procedures.
• Operate the forklift safely, completing and filing weekly forklift checklists.
• Carry out order picking, packing, packaging, and shrink-wrapping per established standards.
• Prepare and complete delivery documentation such as tally sheets, goods receipt notes (GRNs), and delivery advice as assigned.
• Handle goods within the warehouse carefully to prevent damage to products, warehouse property, and delivery vehicles.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and orderliness through routine housekeeping.
• Report any onsite misconduct by contractors or drivers immediately.
• Consistently uphold the company's professional image.
• Update stock reports for customers when required.
• Create and maintain warehouse job files as needed.
• Send stock reports to customers upon request and monthly when required.
• Wear appropriate safety equipment and uniforms within the warehouse and yard at all times.
• Report all accidents, incidents, damages, or near misses immediately to the Warehouse In-Charge or senior supervisor.
• Conduct stock checks and reconcile inventory as requested.
• Be willing to work overtime occasionally as needed.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a valid UAE forklift driving license is mandatory.
• Familiarity with warehousing operations.
• Proficient in English communication.
