Role Overview

As a Founder Associate, you will collaborate closely with our founders and gain firsthand experience in building a company from the ground up. You will take full ownership of critical projects spanning growth, operations, fundraising, product, and strategy, making significant contributions to our rapid scaling journey. This opportunity serves as an intensive and invaluable foundation if you aspire to launch your own startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and manage business development, fundraising initiatives, and product strategy projects with full accountability.
• Develop entrepreneurial skills by actively building processes, closing deals, and solving challenges required to scale the company.
• Collaborate directly with founders, serving as a strategic partner and receiving mentorship from experienced serial entrepreneurs.
• Identify new market opportunities and enhance internal operations to facilitate company growth.
• Engage hands-on across multiple departments including growth, operations, finance, and product.
• Support fundraising by preparing pitch materials and aiding strategic planning.
• Foster strong relationships with key clients, gather their feedback, and transform it into opportunities for product and growth improvements.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1 to 3 years in fast-growing startups, top-tier consulting or investment banking firms, venture capital, or similar environments.
• Mindset: Exhibits entrepreneurial drive, resourcefulness, hands-on approach, and determination to execute.
• Skills: Strong analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities.
• Motivation: Passionate about building projects, learning rapidly, and thriving in a high-responsibility, ownership-driven environment.
• Language: Fluent in English; German language skills are advantageous.
