Mindrift is seeking a talented Presentation Designer to contribute to the Tendem project, developing premium, high-impact presentations that effectively communicate complex information through compelling storytelling and visual design. This part-time remote position is ideal for professionals experienced in visual communication, information structuring, and creative storytelling within presentation design.

Role Responsibilities

• Create impactful pitch decks and polished one-pagers tailored for distinct audiences.
• Transform intricate data and narratives into visually clear stories, emphasizing minimalist design and precise hierarchy of information.
• Enhance presentations with custom typography, refined animations, and consistent visual themes.
• Maintain a sophisticated style balancing corporate professionalism and creative aesthetics.
• Conduct thorough quality checks ensuring visual alignment, pacing accuracy, and adherence to branding standards before delivering the final work.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum two years of relevant experience in graphic or presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization preferred.
• Degrees in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative disciplines are advantageous.
• A strong portfolio showcasing premium presentations, complex pitch decks, and data visualization—beyond basic templates—is essential.
• Demonstrated skill in pacing, storytelling, and information design with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, approaching design challenges methodically and diligently.
• Fluency in English at an upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher is required.

Technical Requirements

• Mastery of presentation software such as PowerPoint and Keynote for creating dynamic, animated decks.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma for crafting custom graphics and layouts.
• Expertise in translating complex data and hierarchical structures into minimalistic, visually coherent storytelling.
• Advanced skills with custom fonts and smooth animations to deliver premium-quality presentations.

• Experience designing premium corporate-creative hybrid layouts is required.

Workload and Compensation

During active segments of the project, an estimated 10 to 20 hours per week may be expected, although workload can fluctuate and is not guaranteed.

Compensation may reach up to 50 USD per hour, varying according to expertise level and contribution pace. Remuneration differs across projects based on their scope and complexity.
