Role Overview

The Front Desk Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tripura. The individual will be the first point of contact for visitors, managing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, and handling receptionist tasks. Responsibilities include booking classes, practice rooms, and events, maintaining schedules and records, and liaising with instructors and staff to ensure smooth daily functioning. Additional duties involve resolving basic payment queries, supporting customer service initiatives, and ensuring the reception area is orderly and professional, reflecting the centre’s commitment to quality music education.
