About the Role
Join our dynamic team based in Frankfurt and play a key role in advancing and optimizing diverse, sophisticated web projects utilizing cutting-edge frontend technologies with agile methodologies. You will help shape sustainable, tailored solutions in cross-functional teams, leveraging methodologies like Design Thinking and Domain Driven Design.
Main Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and continual enhancement of complex, innovative web applications, applying the newest tools and practices in frontend technology.
- Create scalable and future-ready solutions within collaborative, cross-functional teams, employing modern development approaches.
- Integrate AI-powered development and assistance tools, aiding with development processes, debugging, testing, and improving user experiences.
- Oversee the conceptualization and architecture of solutions; coordinate with external agencies and design experts with a strong focus on user experience.
- Engage in agile teamwork to foster ongoing personal and professional growth.
- Provide mentorship to team members, lead development teams, and contribute to shaping our technological portfolio.
- Work on diverse projects with leading financial institutions in Germany.
Requirements
- At least one year of professional experience in frontend software development.
- Advanced expertise in Angular, React, or Vue.js, strong knowledge of core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript), and familiarity with build tools such as Vite or webpack.
- Ideally, prior exposure to automated frontend testing (using tools like Cypress or Playwright), solid understanding of UX/UI principles, and practical experience with responsive web design.
- Keen interest in technology trends and a passion for technology consulting.
- Confident in using standard development and integration tools, and capable of applying AI-driven development solutions responsibly to boost project efficiency.
- Completed university degree in (business) informatics, computer science, or an equivalent field.
- Excellent German language skills (at least C1), along with good English proficiency.
