About the Role

We are looking for a Frontend Web Developer skilled in HTML and CSS to join a client team on a contract basis. This remote position involves designing and maintaining responsive and user-friendly web interfaces, ensuring they work seamlessly across different browsers and devices. You will collaborate closely with design teams, transforming visual mockups into fully functional front-end elements while adhering to design precision.

Key Responsibilities

Create and sustain front-end web components utilizing HTML, CSS, and associated technologies.
Guarantee compatibility across browsers and implement responsive layouts adaptable to various screen sizes.
Work alongside design teams to deliver pixel-perfect UI implementations.
Enhance front-end performance and maintain accessibility standards.
Engage in code reviews and uphold coding best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong command of HTML and CSS with emphasis on semantic markup usage.
Experience applying responsive design concepts and mobile-first development strategies.
Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS, or frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
Understanding of browser developer tools and debugging methods.
Capability to translate designs from tools such as Figma, Sketch, or equivalents into code.
