Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site General Laborer position located in Edmonton, Alberta. Responsibilities include performing routine condominium maintenance such as cleaning common areas, aiding with minor repairs, and assisting with seasonal duties like snow clearing and grounds upkeep. Tasks encompass managing trash and recycling collection, general building maintenance, and helping maintenance personnel with manual labor such as moving equipment and materials. Adherence to safety procedures is essential, along with proper use of hand tools and basic equipment. The role also involves courteous interactions with residents and team members and timely reporting of any hazards or maintenance issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Capability to perform physical labor involving lifting, carrying, and standing for prolonged durations.
