General Labourer - Manufacturing

Overview

This role involves active participation in various manufacturing activities within a distillery setting. Experience is not mandatory as training will be provided. Work is conducted entirely onsite at the physical location, with no remote option. The environment is noisy and physically active.

Languages and Education

• English language proficiency required.
• No formal degree, certificate, or diploma necessary.

Responsibilities

• Sorting, packing, crating, and packaging materials and finished products.
• Assisting machine operators and assemblers as needed.
• Performing basic labor and elemental tasks related to production.
• Cleaning machines and surrounding work areas regularly.
• Picking orders and managing stock inventories.
• Organizing inventories utilizing computerized inventory control systems.
• Loading, unloading, and moving products manually or with simple material handling equipment.
• Creating and attaching labels to products.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

• Tasks are repetitive in nature.
• Handling heavy objects is required.
• Physically demanding work including prolonged standing.
• Attention to detail is essential.
