Role Overview
The General Manager for the UAE will spearhead the full strategic and operational execution within the region, aligning local objectives with global company goals. As a leadership team member, you will cultivate a world-class team culture and drive business growth across the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive revenue growth plan tailored to the UAE market.
- Perform thorough market research to highlight new opportunities and evaluate competition.
- Develop and execute lead generation tactics that convert prospects into sales.
- Oversee the sales pipeline ensuring consistent opportunity flow and effective conversion rates.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to foster sustained business.
- Position the ElevenLabs brand strategically in the UAE to attract and retain customers.
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-achieving sales and business development crew.
- Utilize performance metrics and conduct frequent reviews to drive team success.
- Identify and apply process enhancements to boost sales efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- Deep enthusiasm for voice and audio AI technologies, committed to expanding content accessibility and innovation.
- Minimum of 10 years in the tech sector, including 3-5 years in senior leadership or general management roles.
- Strong familiarity with the UAE market and business environment.
- Proven success managing and growing regional profit & loss statements.
- Sound understanding of AI and SaaS business applications.
- Experience in directing cross-functional teams within fast-paced or startup environments.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Analytical thinker with effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
- Must be based in the UAE.
