Role Summary
This full-time, on-site position in Galway is for a Global Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. The person in this role will own budgeting and forecasting activities, build and maintain financial models, and provide end-to-end financial planning support that informs business decisions. The role also includes reviewing financial performance, spotting key trends, and translating data into practical insights for strategic action. Working closely with teams across the business, the manager will help allocate resources efficiently and support the achievement of company objectives.
Qualifications
- Solid hands-on experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Strong capability in financial modelling, with the ability to produce reliable forecasts and projections.
- Well-developed analytical ability and a strong foundation in finance.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex financial information clearly.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across functions.
- Proficiency with financial systems and tools, including advanced Excel.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
- Professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA are considered a strong advantage.
- Experience working in a global or multinational organisation will be beneficial.
