About the Role

Join Atlas Copco Industrial Technique as a Graduate Apprentice Designer, where you will be engaged in conceptualizing and illustrating ideas through compelling visual storytelling for diverse projects. This position involves transforming business, product, and technology ideas into visually appealing designs tailored for both digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop concepts and visualize ideas with a strong emphasis on visual storytelling for various assignments.
• Create engaging visual content suitable for multiple platforms including digital and print.
• Utilize design software tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and PowerPoint to bring creative ideas to life.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards across all design efforts.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Manage several design projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail in all creative outputs.

Candidate Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in graphic design, visual arts, communication design, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Sound knowledge of design principles such as typography, color theory, and composition.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and deliver work within stipulated timeframes.
• Strong meticulousness and innovative thinking.
• Open to learning, adapting, and professional development.
• Good interpersonal communication and teamwork capabilities.

Additional Information

• Employment type: Full-time, Onsite in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
• Salary range: ₹335,000 to ₹336,000 per annum.
• Start date: Immediate commencement.
