About the Role

Cherry Lab is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in developing creative visual assets for both digital and print platforms. In this role, you will produce engaging social media graphics, branding materials, and website elements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce work that supports clients’ goals and improves brand communication. You'll be expected to stay current on design trends and best practices, consistently bringing fresh ideas and approaches to your projects.

Responsibilities

  • Create original, eye-catching graphics for various digital and print purposes, such as websites, social posts, collateral, and presentations.
  • Develop strategic visual identities and branding solutions that align with each client’s objectives and industry standards.
  • Participate in client meetings to understand project needs and provide creative recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with account management, content developers, and other designers to ensure creative alignment across projects.
  • Apply feedback from clients and team members to continually refine and enhance designs.
  • Use Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) to execute design ideas, and employ tools like Figma for interface and collaborative work.
  • Research and integrate current trends and emerging technologies in design for competitive, modern outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on graphic design experience, preferably within an agency.
  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, and Drive).
  • Familiarity with visual communication needs across industries such as hospitality, property, construction, and finance is a distinct plus.
  • A degree or further education in graphic design, communication design, UX/UI, or a related field is advantageous (not mandatory).
