About The Role

Our multi-faceted experiential design team is seeking thoughtful and innovative minds, skilled in the arts of visual communication, imaginative storytelling, and creative problem-solving to join our team as we leverage the power of design to bridge the gap between individual, brand, and the built environment to create inspiring experiences for our clients. You will join us in addressing our client’s largest challenges and transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary.

Responsibilities

• Involvement in all phases of the design process from conceptual development through artwork production.
• Participate in recommendations for concept, design, art direction, and production for a variety of two- and three-dimensional graphics, signage, and exhibits.
• Under direct supervision and partnership with the environmental graphics team, design a variety of two- and three-dimensional graphics, maps, print layouts for exhibits and signage.
• Work with selected clients to interpret and translate their needs and ideas into compelling design concepts.
• Prepare photo visualizations and mockups of proposed signage for placement, content, and usage evaluation.
• Develop camera-ready artwork suitable for fabrication and installation.
• Collaborate with vendors and fabricators to ensure quality and accuracy in production.
• Maintain attention to detail throughout all phases of the design and production process.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative design solutions into projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, or a related design field (required by hire date).
• Strong background in typography and visual communication.
• Previous internship or related experience in design, preferably in experiential, environmental graphics, or exhibit design.
• Proficiency in Macintosh operating systems with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Skills in AutoCAD and SketchUp are a plus.
• Interest and skills in 3-dimensional design, wayfinding, exhibition design, and environmental graphics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
