Job description

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to contribute significantly to producing visually compelling communications that support our employees, clients, and communities. Ideal candidates will have prior design experience, thrive in dynamic environments, and be dedicated to crafting high-quality, brand-aligned creative content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop captivating digital and print assets including campaigns, reports, presentations, social media visuals, and event materials.
  • Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Business Development, and Communications to address creative briefs and offer expert design advice.
  • Maintain and enhance the Burges Salmon brand, ensuring consistent application across all mediums.
  • Oversee partnerships with photographers, videographers, printers, and other creative vendors.
  • Manage design projects from initial concept through final production stages.
  • Assist in organizing the firm's image library and design resources.

Candidate Profile

  • Extensive graphic design experience, preferably within professional services, B2B, or corporate sectors.
  • Highly flexible and proactive, capable of juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Deep understanding of branding principles, digital design, and visual storytelling techniques.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and adept at managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Comfort with utilizing AI tools to boost creativity and streamline workflows.
