Role Overview

The Milwaukee Brewers are dedicated to delivering outstanding service to all fans and visitors during events at American Family Field. The Guest Relations team plays a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming, informative, and enjoyable experience while providing top-tier customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome and engage guests upon arrival and throughout their visit to ensure a memorable experience.
  • Uphold a courteous and respectful approach, assisting guests to maintain a safe, clean, and family-friendly environment.
  • Offer clear event information, directions, and guidance in compliance with ballpark and MLB rules including screening and special assistance policies.
  • Confidently use voice amplifiers to communicate instructions outside gate areas.
  • Supervise escalator areas to maintain guest safety.
  • Provide wheelchair services and support shuttle coordination efforts.
  • Manage and control guest queues at entrances and escalators efficiently.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to facilitate smooth entry for fans and guests.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Possess a high school diploma or GED; six to twelve months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills, friendliness, and a well-groomed appearance, with assertiveness to manage conflict situations.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service professionally, respectfully, and warmly to all visitors.
  • Availability to participate in training, stadium tours, and preparatory events prior to the season.
  • Comfortable using computer or mobile applications for scheduling and training compliance.
  • Flexible availability including weekdays, evenings, and weekends during the baseball season, including early arrival up to three hours before games.
  • Able to stand for extended periods (up to five hours) and work under varying weather conditions.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Work Schedule

Hours vary depending on game and event scheduling, requiring readiness to arrive early pre-game.
