Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Hardware and Network Engineer to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the physical computer components and office network infrastructure. This role involves ensuring smooth operations of IT hardware and internal networking systems within office premises and server environments.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide installation, repair, and upgrade services for desktops, laptops, printers, and related hardware parts.
- Set up, administer, and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi routers, and network switches to facilitate reliable connectivity.
- Implement and manage system security measures, including firewall setups, antivirus updates, and regular data backup procedures.
- Offer technical support to employees by resolving daily IT issues and ensuring minimal system downtime.
- Maintain detailed inventory logs of all hardware equipment, spare components, and network configuration records.
