About the Role

Join Shy Cow as our Head Cheesemaker and be a pivotal part of one of Southeast Asia's fastest-growing premium cheesemakers based in Bali, Indonesia. This role offers much more than traditional cheesemaking—it is a leadership position designed for someone eager to shape and grow the business as we expand our production capabilities and product offerings.

Key Duties

• Oversee the production of artisan cheeses and Greek yogurt ensuring premium quality and consistency.
• Maintain compliance with Indonesian Food Regulatory standards (BPOM).
• Lead, mentor, and grow the production team to align with business goals.
• Assist in commissioning new production facilities and equipment upgrades.
• Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to develop new products and optimize production systems to support future growth.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is an experienced cheesemaker with substantial production expertise and proven leadership abilities. You thrive in developing team members, managing complex production challenges including equipment and supply issues, and are motivated by building and enhancing an evolving operation rather than managing a stable, mature factory setting.
