Job description
Job Overview
This position is responsible for ensuring prompt delivery of products to customers while adhering to governmental regulations and safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver items to customers promptly and collect payment as per the invoice provided by the pharmacist.
- Verify and support order preparation by collaborating with pharmacists to confirm correct items and quantities before transfer from stores to the vehicle, ensuring order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Arrange items securely within the vehicle following operational guidelines to avoid damage.
- Return any undelivered, damaged, or undesired items back to the pharmacy.
- Park the vehicle in the designated spot near the pharmacy after completing deliveries to safeguard it.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and check essential fluids and mechanical components to guarantee vehicle readiness and neatness.
- Operate the vehicle following all local traffic laws to prevent any penalties.
Additional duties may be assigned beyond those listed above.
Work Environment
- 10% indoor work
- 90% outdoor work
- 6 working days per week with 1 day off
- Two shifts from 9 AM to 4 AM, each lasting 9 hours
Qualifications and Requirements
- High School Diploma
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Valid driving license pertinent to the role
- Basic proficiency in Arabic language
