Home Delivery Driver

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Home Delivery Drivers to join our team, providing friendly and efficient service as the face of Iceland Foods. This role involves delivering groceries safely to customers, ensuring their shopping arrives in excellent condition, and occasionally assisting in-store as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Load delivery vans following safe procedures including heavy lifting and proper manual handling.
• Adhere strictly to safe driving guidelines at all times.
• Perform pre-delivery vehicle checks to maintain safety and reliability.
• Maintain food quality during transit to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Deliver excellent customer service and engage positively with clients.
• Support store operations when required.
• Work independently and manage time efficiently, accommodating varying shift patterns between 6am and 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Hold a full driving license for at least three years with no more than six penalty points.
• Demonstrate a positive, friendly attitude and passion for delivering a great customer experience.
• Reliably punctual and able to meet deadlines.
• Strong awareness and commitment to road safety.

Compensation & Benefits

• Earn an hourly wage of £13.71.
