About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Home Delivery Drivers to join our team in Northampton. This position involves delivering shopping directly to customers, embodying our commitment to excellent service and safety on the road. Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to safe van loading procedures, including manual handling and heavy lifting.
• Observe all safe driving practices consistently during deliveries.
• Conduct thorough van checks to ensure vehicle safety before and after routes.
• Ensure that groceries arrive at customers in optimal condition.
• Offer outstanding customer service as the face of the company during every delivery.
• Support in-store activities as needed to assist the team.
• Work independently while effectively managing your own schedule.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work varying shifts between 6am and 11pm.

Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for a minimum of three years.
• Your driving license must have no more than six penalty points.
• Be friendly, positive, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Exhibit punctuality and reliability in meeting deadlines.
• Have a strong awareness and commitment to road safety.

Compensation and Benefits
