Role Overview
As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene and tidiness across guest rooms, bathrooms, and suites, ensuring compliance with established brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and suite areas, including tasks such as linen and terry replacement, bed-making, dusting, vacuuming, and furniture polishing.
- Verify that all room appliances, lighting fixtures, and guest amenities are available and functioning properly.
- Efficiently collect and dispose of trash, used linens, and room service trays from corridors and guest rooms.
