House Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking two dedicated male House Managers for the Managing Director's residence situated in Daryaganj. Candidates must be non-addicted and strictly vegetarian. This full-time position involves oversight of residence staff and management of all household facilities. A 24/7 day shift schedule is required with accommodation provided on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and allocate duties to residence staff including watchmen, cooks, housekeeping personnel, drivers, and laundry workers.
• Oversee facility management ensuring upkeep and maintenance of home equipment, appliances, UPS systems, the building structure, water tanks, and garden within an approved budget.
• Procure groceries and housekeeping supplies on a monthly basis as scheduled.
• Manage timely payment of telephone, internet, electricity bills, water taxes, and property taxes.
• Coordinate routine vehicle maintenance, insurance renewals, and liaise with the acting driver during official and personal trips of the MD.
• Engage with local municipal authorities for scheduled garbage removal services.
• Oversee agricultural activities on farm land including crop cultivation and animal husbandry, managing manpower for watering, manuring, weeding, and general cleaning tasks.
• Support periodic maintenance activities such as drip irrigation system upkeep and solar panel cleaning.
• Maintain fencing, tools, equipment, and monitor electricity consumption responsibly, enforcing restrictions on unauthorized access.
• Prepare maintenance and improvement budget proposals and secure necessary approvals through proper channels.
• Be prepared to travel out of station for durations of one to two months as required.

Work Conditions

• Shift: Day shift with 24/7 availability and provided accommodation.
• Leaves: Two days off per month on a rotational basis.
