Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily cleaning duties including sanitizing resident rooms, bathrooms, shared spaces, and office areas.
• Adhere strictly to cleaning protocols and safety standards to ensure all areas are thoroughly sanitized.
• Keep detailed records of cleaning operations and report maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow infection prevention procedures and universal precautions policies to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Engage positively with residents, staff members, and visitors, delivering outstanding customer service.
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned to support facility operations.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Previous experience in housekeeping is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Demonstrate a positive demeanor and effective communication skills with building occupants, management, and HCSG leadership for daily task execution.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, pushing or pulling up to 50 pounds, standing, sitting, bending, and walking for prolonged durations.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently while working with cleaning chemicals.
• Follow verbal and written instructions diligently and carry out routine tasks reliably every day.
• Must reside within the service area.
