Responsibilities
- Carry out everyday cleaning duties across resident rooms, bathrooms, shared spaces, and administrative areas.
- Clean and disinfect spaces according to set procedures and safety standards.
- Track completed cleaning work and notify a supervisor about repair needs or safety concerns.
- Apply infection control practices and universal precautions to support a hygienic environment.
- Interact courteously with residents, staff, and guests while delivering strong customer service.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or an equivalent credential.
- Housekeeping experience is an advantage, though not mandatory.
- Positive attitude and the ability to communicate well with occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
- Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push or pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, and walk for long periods.
- Comfort with repetitive work performed continuously.
- Ability to work around cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Capable of following both spoken and written instructions.
- Residence within the service area is required.
