Role Overview

As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, ensuring they consistently meet The Hoxton’s high standards for presentation and service. Your leadership will directly contribute to guests' memorable experiences by maintaining spotless and well-prepared rooms. You will inspire and guide the housekeeping team through leading by example, fostering an environment where individuals can bring their true selves to work, encouraging personal growth and team development. Your hands-on training and supervision will uphold exceptional standards in both guest rooms and public areas. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Head Housekeeper and Assistant Head Housekeeper to nurture and develop the partnership with the external housekeeping service provider.
