Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR & Admin Executive to support the CEO in assembling a skilled and committed workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage talent acquisition for both IT and non-IT positions within the organization.
- Facilitate employee onboarding processes.
- Oversee performance management and key result areas (KRA) frameworks.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle payroll processing in collaboration with the Accounts department.
- Perform essential administrative duties alongside the Accounts team.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a BBA, BMS, MBA, or PGDM degree with a minimum of 60% marks in each academic year.
- Have at least two years of recruitment experience for IT and non-IT roles.
- Experience working within a recruitment agency or a reputed IT, cloud, or software company located in Mumbai is preferred.
- Residential location should be between Virar and Churchgate on the Western Line.
Work Environment and Benefits
- Workdays are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with mandatory onsite attendance.
