Light Kitch is seeking a meticulous and well-organized HR Assistant to support its Human Resources function in a fully remote, full-time entry-level role. This position is a strong fit for new graduates or early-career professionals who want to build experience in HR, recruitment, and people operations.
What You’ll Do
- Help manage job advertisements, shortlist candidates, and arrange interview times.
- Keep candidates informed and supported throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with joining formalities for new hires and exit processes for departing employees.
- Update employee files and maintain HR systems and databases accurately.
- Draft HR-related documents, reports, and routine correspondence.
- Handle basic employee questions and provide day-to-day administrative support.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate should have a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a similar discipline. Prior work experience is not required, and recent graduates are welcome.
What We Offer
This role comes with a fully remote setup, structured training and mentorship, and the chance to grow into broader HR and talent acquisition responsibilities. You’ll gain practical exposure to real HR workflows and be part of a collaborative, supportive team environment. A competitive compensation and benefits package is also included.
