About Kazamer Tax Consultant

Kazamer Tax Consultant is looking for a committed and proactive HR Executive to join its Human Resources team based in Dubai. This role suits a professional enthusiastic about managing talent acquisition, enhancing employee engagement, and overseeing HR operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws. The appointed candidate will play an integral part in fostering a positive and efficient workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain precise records of employees, HR documentation, and personnel files.
  • Manage attendance records, leave applications, and assist with payroll-related tasks.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
  • Address employee questions and offer assistance on HR-related issues.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and facilitate performance evaluations.
  • Prepare various HR reports, employment contracts, and necessary HR documents.
  • Ensure adherence to UAE labor law requirements and internal company policies.
  • Assist management with workforce planning and support initiatives for talent development.

Candidate Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Between 2 to 4 years of experience in HR operational roles, recruitment, or employee relations.
  • Well-versed in HR best practices and knowledgeable about UAE labor legislation.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and HR management software tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capable of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive employee information responsibly.
