Role Overview and Responsibilities
Deiters invites candidates to join as an HR Generalist (part-time or full-time). The role involves:
- Handling administrative recruitment and onboarding tasks including posting job ads, reviewing applications, conducting interviews (including phone interviews), and coordinating trial workdays.
- Preparing employment contracts and managing personnel files electronically.
- Handling routine personal management activities such as official correspondence, managing certificate issuance, creating work references, processing travel expense claims, and managing employee entry and exit processes.
- Providing comprehensive support to employees on HR-related inquiries.
- Assisting with payroll preparation activities and serving as a liaison with health insurance providers, government agencies, and authorities.
- Managing the time tracking system and maintaining work time accounts.
- Supporting various personnel-related projects.
Qualifications and Skills
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent relevant experience in human resources, especially with the described responsibilities.
- Familiarity with payroll preparation processes.
- Proficient in common MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Experience with personnel management systems.
- Methodical and precise working style with a strong ability to plan and organize.
- Friendly and professional demeanor both on the phone and in person.
- High level of teamwork, flexibility, resilience, and proactivity.
- Fluent German language skills in speech and writing; English language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Quick comprehension and strong communication skills.
