Role Summary
The Human Resource Business Partner will work closely with business leaders and employees in assigned units to align people practices with organizational goals. The role requires building strong partnerships across HR and business teams, supporting leadership with actionable HR guidance, and developing a solid understanding of the unit’s financial context, plans, culture, and market environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support line managers with everyday performance management topics, including coaching, career growth, and disciplinary actions.
- Hold regular weekly discussions with the assigned business units.
- Advise managers on HR matters as needed.
- Review trends and HR metrics with the HR team to shape policies, solutions, and programs.
- Handle complex employee relations matters and carry out fair, thorough investigations.
- Guide managers on employee development practices related to hiring, exits, and conflict handling.
- Meet regularly with business leaders to stay aligned on priorities and challenges.
- Offer recommendations on organization structure, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Partner with managers and employees to strengthen work relationships, improve morale, and boost productivity and retention.
- Document sensitive employee relations discussions carefully and in detail through email.
- Identify learning needs across teams and design suitable training interventions.
- Plan, build, deliver, and review learning and development programs for employees across all levels.
- Create and run initiatives that communicate and reinforce the organization’s vision and values.
- Maintain post-training evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of learning programs.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree along with an MBA in HR is required.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience is needed.
- Prior exposure of 4+ years in coaching, leadership training, or HRBP roles is preferred.
- Strong understanding of multiple HR areas, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ability to resolve complicated employee relations concerns effectively.
- Good knowledge of HR ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organizational ability, multitasking skills, and business understanding.
- Comfortable working under pressure, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines independently.
- High attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and persuasion abilities.
- Proven stakeholder management capability and a positive, energetic approach.
- Ability to communicate well with diverse employee groups and business leaders.
- Must be an innovative self-starter with the motivation to take ownership and deliver results.

Additional Information
This position is based in Hyderabad, India. The salary offered is INR 8,00,000 to INR 9,00,000 per year.
