Role Overview and Responsibilities

  • HR Generalist & Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, handle employee relations by addressing queries and resolving conflicts, develop company policies adhering to labor legislation, and manage performance appraisal and payroll coordination.
  • Reception & Office Management: Perform front-desk hospitality duties by greeting visitors, manage telephone communications, and supervise office logistics including supplies, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep.
  • CEO Assistance: Manage the CEO's calendar including meetings and travel, prepare confidential correspondence, and support executive meetings through minute-taking and follow-up.
  • Sales & Marketing Support: Assist in executing marketing campaigns, support client relationship management and sales tracking, and conduct market research for identifying business growth prospects.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 35 years of experience in HR management, with demonstrated skills in executive assistance or office management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HRIS or CRM platforms.
  • Strong adaptability, emotional intelligence, and multitasking skills within fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.

Additional Information

The position involves daily walk-in interviews conducted from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM at the Noida location.
