Overview
This 12-month hybrid opportunity based in Alpharetta, GA, seeks a Human Resources Associate dedicated to supporting Talent Management programs through operational effectiveness and process improvements.
Role and Responsibilities
- Administer and enhance Talent Management tools and processes including Performance Management, Talent Ranking, Promotions, and Employee Relations.
- Collaborate with Talent Management, Technology, and HR Business Partners to assess business requirements and recommend solutions.
- Document and refine system enhancement needs and process improvements to streamline operations.
- Manage the prioritization of backlog items and facilitate Agile-driven delivery of improvements.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), encompassing planning, executing tests, tracking issues, and verifying solutions.
- Investigate end-user issues, address stakeholder queries, and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams.
- Analyze processes aiming to boost efficiency, user experience, and standardization across regions and departments.
- Support project planning, change management, development of training content, and communication to end users as required.
Qualifications and Desired Skills
- 1 to 3 years experience in operations, project coordination, business analysis, HR, technology, or related fields.
- Keen interest in technology, system usage, and ongoing process enhancement.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively within fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders cross-functionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Preferably experienced in supporting HR systems, business applications, or enterprise software.
- Exposure to system implementations including requirements gathering, testing, and change management.
- Understanding of Agile development methods and backlog prioritization.
- Capability to interpret data insights and convert them into actionable plans.
