About the Role
This position is for an HRIS Analyst to support a hospital client's research and grants entity. This entity, previously operating as a separate company, is now integrating with the hospital. The role involves assisting the existing team with the migration process, acting as additional support. The primary HRIS system used is Workday, and the analyst will engage in tasks such as workflow configuration, data migration, and report generation and modification.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the migration of data and processes from a dissolving research and grants entity to the main hospital system.
- Support the existing HRIS team with various tasks related to system integration and maintenance.
- Configure workflows within the HRIS system to align with new operational requirements.
- Manage and execute data migration activities to ensure seamless transfer of information.
- Create and edit reports to provide insights into HR data and system performance.
- Utilize Workday HRIS system for all assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Workday HRIS, encompassing both technical and functional aspects.
- Strong understanding of Workday's Payroll and Benefits modules is crucial.
- Proven ability to manage data migration projects.
- Experience in configuring HRIS workflows.
- Proficiency in generating and customizing HR reports.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Information
- This is a contract role with an expected duration of 6+ months.
