Job description
Overview
We are seeking an Implementation Change Manager for a 12-month contract based in Dublin, focusing on overseeing change management strategies for a significant, multi-release system implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop change management strategies aligned to a large-scale, phased programme involving multiple releases.
- Create detailed change plans that correspond with project delivery milestones including testing, training, communications, and go-live activities.
- Evaluate business impacts arising from changes and design approaches that boost stakeholder engagement, readiness, and effective adoption.
- Foster strong partnerships with programme teams, business architects, technical delivery units, and operational stakeholders.
- Guide business readiness evaluations, coordinate communications, ensure training alignment, and support change champion networks within the organisation.
- Track and manage change-related risks, challenges, and dependencies to guarantee smooth adoption across all programme releases into stable operations.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum of eight years' experience leading change management efforts on complex, large-scale technology transformation or system deployment projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement, assessing change impacts, and evaluating business readiness.
- Proven experience working within phased, Agile, or hybrid project delivery frameworks.
- Capability to interpret technical changes into understandable business effects and user-centric outcomes.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and influence skills with capability to interact effectively at all organisational levels.
- Experience within complex domains such as public sector, healthcare, utilities, or financial services is advantageous.
