Role Overview

The Implementation Consultant position requires owning the end-to-end customer integration journey starting from contract signature through to a successful launch. This role serves as a trusted expert to business owners and their teams by facilitating implementation, system configuration, training, and adoption processes to ensure enduring client success. It blends skills in project management, consulting, training, and hands-on problem resolution tailored to each customer's unique business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full implementation lifecycle from initiation to go-live and transition to support teams.
• Conduct kickoff meetings, develop project schedules, and enforce milestone commitments with customers.
• Develop in-depth understanding of each client’s operations and recommend industry best practices.
• Customize Flitch platform per client requirements including system configurations, user setup, hardware deployment, and coordinating data migrations.
• Deliver effective training sessions to enhance user confidence and maximize product adoption throughout departments.
• Oversee smooth launch day operations with live support during critical transition phase.
• Provide proactive, ongoing support post-launch to reinforce training, address inquiries, and optimize workflows.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure excellent client experiences.
• Identify potential implementation risks early, resolve challenges promptly, and maintain project momentum.
• Gather client feedback to refine product features, implementation approaches, documentation, and internal playbooks for scalability.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum three years experience in roles such as implementation, onboarding, customer success, consulting, or project management in B2B environments.
• Outstanding communication capabilities with ability to cultivate trusting relationships at all organizational levels.
• Strong skills in managing multiple projects, organizing, and executing detailed plans.
• Confident in leading customer meetings, delivering presentations, and conducting training sessions.
• Proactive in problem-solving and comfortable working dynamically within a fast-paced team setting.
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
• Adept at learning new technologies and translating technical details for non-technical audiences.
• Self-driven mindset with ownership mentality and continuous improvement focus on customer experiences and internal procedures.

Preferred Experience

• Background implementing ERP, POS, inventory management, accounting, or core operational software.
• Experience working with sectors such as lumber, building materials, hardware, construction supply, manufacturing, wholesale, or distribution.
• Prior exposure to startup environments contributing to process and playbook development.
• Proven ability to facilitate organizational changes and help clients adopt new workflows and systems.
• Strong enthusiasm for leveraging technology to enhance business efficiency.
