Implementation Coordinator

About the Role

Tech Pipeline partners with organizations to optimize inefficient internal processes. Currently, we collaborate with a regional development organization on modernizing their project funding and approval tracking system. As an Implementation Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be identifying and resolving integration issues inhibiting workflow progress.

This position focuses on understanding the practical workings of a busy business environment managing hundreds of projects. Rather than conceptual strategies or presentations, you will analyze core data sources, diagnose points of failure, and improve data accuracy. This is a fully remote position that requires close coordination with our technical team and client operators.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze system logs to detect where data synchronization fails or stalls.
• Revise standard operating procedures to align with updated routing rules and workflows.
• Monitor daily queues of project approvals to identify recurrent bottlenecks.
• Conduct manual cross-software reconciliations to maintain financial data integrity.
• Document step-by-step processes enabling client staff to resolve common technical issues independently.
• Ensure data migration tasks adhere to the planned schedule.
• Participate in internal technical meetings reviewing progress on bridging integration gaps.
• Test new routing configurations in safe environments before production deployment.

Candidate Requirements

• Comfortable working with spreadsheet tools to filter and organize data efficiently.
• Strong written communication skills capable of explaining technical procedures clearly.
