Job Overview
The Los Angeles Dodgers are seeking motivated and coachable individuals to join their Inside Sales team. This part-time position focuses on selling diverse ticket packages including full season, partial season, group, suite, and premium hospitality options for the 2027 season. The role is structured as a developmental program offering training and coaching for personal and professional growth in sports sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a comprehensive ticket sales consultant generating revenue through various ticket and hospitality packages.
- Conduct inbound and outbound phone sales calls to identify prospects’ needs, striving to schedule face-to-face sales meetings at Dodger Stadium or clients’ locations.
- Lead focused sales campaigns by following prescribed engagement procedures.
- Fulfill assigned duties during events held in the day and evening hours.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets set by the sales leadership.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business or sports management is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication capabilities.
- Comfortable managing high-volume phone interactions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours needed to achieve sales goals.
Physical and Environmental Requirements
- Ability to navigate stadium aisles and stairways to demonstrate seat locations.
- Capable of remaining seated and working at a computer station for extended periods.
Compensation
The hourly wage is $19 with additional commission or bonus opportunities, subject to factors like experience, skills, education, and training.
