Installation Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Installation Engineer to support the installation, testing, commissioning, and upkeep of systems and equipment at client sites. The person must be open to travel, eager to learn emerging technologies, and collaborate effectively with senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and commissioning equipment at customer locations.
• Interpret technical diagrams, layouts, and installation manuals accurately.
• Conduct site inspections prior to and following installations.
• Help with testing, diagnosing, and resolving installation-related problems.
• Guarantee installations meet company policies and safety standards.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project progress.
• Compile installation documentation, service logs, and daily activity records.
• Manage installation tools, devices, and supplies.
• Offer fundamental technical aid and advice to clients post-installation.
• Respond to preventive maintenance and repair service calls as needed.
• Comply with safety protocols and quality assurance procedures on site.
• Meet designated timelines and complete tasks within deadlines.
