The role requires planning and implementing staging and interior design concepts for various residential properties including houses, condos, apartments, and townhomes while maintaining the company's aesthetic and client standards. Key day-to-day duties involve onsite visits, crafting design plans and mood boards, choosing furnishings and accessories, and supervising installation and styling. Successful coordination with contractors, vendors, and property managers is essential to manage schedules, budgets, and logistics for both individual and large developments. Additional responsibilities include assisting with inventory oversight, sourcing trendy furnishings, and ensuring spaces are ready for photography and market presentation.

  • Adeptness in visual presentation, mood board creation, and familiarity with digital design or layout software to effectively share concepts with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and time management, able to juggle multiple projects and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for respectful collaboration with clients, team members, and external partners.
  • Formal education or certification in Interior Design or a related field, complemented by prior experience in residential design or staging, is highly valuable.
  • Comfort with physical onsite work such as furniture and décor arrangement, along with legal authorization to work in the United States.
