Interior Project Manager

Role and Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive technical site surveys including measurements, wiring configurations, ceiling specifications, and site preparedness assessments.
• Take full ownership of project execution following order confirmation.
• Develop and coordinate wiring schematics, lighting design layouts, and automation plans.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, interior designers, contractors, electricians, and installation teams to ensure project coherence.
• Oversee the quality of work, adherence to schedules, and compliance with project drawings throughout execution.
• Supervise installation of lighting systems, smart home automation, including programming, testing, and commissioning phases.
• Address technical challenges proactively to guarantee timely completion of projects.
• Conduct final system inspections, demonstrations for clients, prepare relevant documentation, and manage client handover ensuring top quality standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Professionals with background in interior design or project execution with notable experience in residential site operations.
• Having between 3 to 6 years of expertise in lighting, interior fit-outs, interior design, smart home automation, or luxury residential projects.
• Possessing strong knowledge of electrical wiring, lighting placement, and execution planning.
• Exhibiting excellent skills in stakeholder communication, project coordination, and documentation management.
• Displaying confidence and self-reliance in advancing multiple projects independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively across various project locations in Mumbai.

Applicants are not required to have graduation qualifications to be eligible for this role.

The role is based in Thane, India with mandatory onsite presence.

Annual compensation ranges between 300000 and 700000 INR.
