Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking an Intermediate Data Analyst based in Toronto, ON, working in a hybrid model with one day onsite per week plus every fourth Friday. This contract role spans six months with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the HR Technology Team, tasked with designing, developing, and supporting Azure Databricks ETL solutions to advance the organization’s HR data infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex ETL pipelines using Azure Databricks.
- Collaborate with multiple back-end and SaaS platforms to integrate and streamline HR data workflows.
- Partner with both internal stakeholders and technical teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and efficient HR data solutions.
- Contribute to the modernization of existing data processes within the HR technology environment.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in data analytics or related development roles.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Azure Databricks.
- Proficiency in working with Azure cloud-based data platforms.
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira platforms.
- Experience with Informatica and AutoSys scheduling tools.
- Knowledge of feed hub integration processes.
