Role Overview

The company is looking for immediate joiners for an International Voice Process role in technical/customer support. This position is well suited to fresh graduates who are interested in customer service and can communicate confidently in English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from international customers and assist them professionally.
  • Support customers with technical issues and help close queries effectively.
  • Provide a strong customer experience with timely and quality service.
  • Keep customer interaction details updated and accurate in records.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Freshers may apply.
  • Candidates should have strong spoken and written English communication.
  • Good speech clarity and problem-solving ability are important.
  • A customer-first attitude and willingness to learn are expected.
  • Applicants should be able to join by April.
  • Any graduate can apply.

Shift and Work Arrangement

  • The job follows a 5-day working schedule with rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
  • Work will be from office.
  • Most shifts will be during night hours.
  • Two-way cab facility is available up to a 25 km radius, depending on shift timing.

Work Location

Sutherland A1 Block, Ground Floor, Gateway Office Parks, Perungalathur, Chennai, opposite Perungalathur Railway Station.

Selection Process

  • HR interview as a walk-in round.
  • SD panel interview.
  • Voice assessment.
