Role Overview
The IT Support Analyst will be essential in maintaining and enhancing Habitat Health's IT infrastructure. This role requires delivering technical assistance to personnel, resolving hardware and software challenges, and ensuring systems meet security standards and operate efficiently. The analyst will collaborate with IT colleagues and healthcare staff to support both clinical and administrative operations, guaranteeing IT systems remain dependable, secure, and compliant with healthcare regulations.
Work Arrangement
This position is primarily onsite at our West Covina and Compton clinics, with 50-75% on-site presence, complemented by remote work for the remaining time. Occasional regional travel between sites is expected, requiring candidates to be able to commute as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobiles, printers, and peripherals both onsite and remotely.
- Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, networks, and applications.
- Manage support requests via help desk tickets, calls, emails, and direct inquiries.
- Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, requests, and resolutions within the IT ticketing platform.
- Escalate complex technical problems to senior IT staff or external vendors when necessary.
- Install and configure Windows-based devices and associated hardware components.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Deploy software updates, security patches, and operating system upgrades.
- Keep an accurate inventory of IT assets including computers, monitors, and mobile devices.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Assist with user account administration including password resets and access management.
- Maintain conference room technology and audiovisual equipment; telephony experience is beneficial.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting and support wireless access points, printers, scanners, and other connected devices.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams to resolve technical issues.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating technical information in an accessible manner to non-technical staff.
- Adhere to established IT protocols, policies, and security standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, technology, business, or related fields.
- Between one and three years of relevant IT support experience covering desktop hardware support/deployment, Microsoft domain and tenant management, network infrastructure, endpoint device administration, and system troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft product installation and configuration.
- Familiarity with third-party healthcare IT systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Additional Skills
- Certifications as Microsoft Administrator, Meraki, Cisco, Fortigate/FortiNet, or in IT security.
- Experience with telephony platforms such as Braadsoft or Talkdesk.

- Work may occur in healthcare facilities, administrative offices, community settings, or remotely.
- Effective communication with participants, caregivers, and coworkers in person, by phone, or electronic media is necessary.
- Ability to remain stationary or move as required during work periods.
- Use of office equipment and clinical tools like computers and medical devices as part of routine tasks.
- Willingness and ability to travel between various work sites or community locations as necessary.
Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated annual salary ranges from $84,000 to $98,000 complemented by a potential 10% target bonus and other incentive opportunities as applicable.
