Role Overview
We are looking for a careful, eager-to-learn IT Support and QA Analyst at entry or junior level to join a growing technology team. This position suits fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build experience across technical support and software testing.
What You Will Do
- Act as the first point of contact for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Diagnose technical problems and help end users resolve them.
- Carry out manual testing for web-based and software applications.
- Write and run test cases from product or business requirements.
- Record, report, and monitor software defects through to resolution.
- Support regression testing, functional testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Check fixes after bugs are resolved and confirm system updates work correctly.
- Work closely with developers and IT staff to improve product reliability.
- Keep testing notes, support logs, and other documentation up to date.
What We’re Looking For
Applicants should have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar discipline. A basic grasp of IT support and software testing is expected, along with good analytical ability, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with Windows operating systems and common software tools is useful. Knowledge of testing methods is an added advantage. Strong communication and collaboration skills are important. No previous work experience is needed, and fresh graduates are welcome.
